All of these crimes were carried out by elements of the “General Security” and “Ministry of Defense” under the de facto authority, with the participation of loyalist tribal militias.
They burned everything — homes, private property, shops, even churches, places of worship, and religious symbols.
They executed unarmed civilians in broad daylight — summary field executions with no accountability.
