Sheikh Karam Abu Mahmoud, a paralyzed man with special needs and diabetes, was brutally tied up by members of the Ministry of Defense and the “General Security” forces of the de facto authority, along with allied tribal militias. They proceeded to burn him alive, and later set his home on fire.
