شوهدت سيارة تابعة للفصائل المنضوية تحت“وزارة الدفاع. ووزارة الداخلية”، وهم من جهاز “الأمن العام” الإرهابي، وهي تسير على طريق سد الحفّة.
توقفت المركبة في إحدى النقاط، وترجّل منها عدد من العناصر وقاموا بإشعال النيران عمدًا في الأحراج المحيطة، قبل أن يغادروا المكان على الفور.

A vehicle belonging to factions under the Ministries of Defense and Interior—affiliated with the terrorist General Security—was seen driving along the Al-Haffa Dam road.
It stopped briefly, and several members got out and deliberately set fire to nearby woodlands before leaving the scene.
