توثّق مشاهد من محافظة حماة خروج مظاهرات ذات طابع طائفي، تخلّلها هتافات تدعو صراحة إلى ذبح أبناء الطائفة الدرزية والعلوية، وشتائم طائفية تحرّض على العنف والكراهية. كما تم رصد مشاركة عناصر يتبعون لوزارتي الدفاع والداخلية في هذه المظاهرات، ما يعكس تورطًا رسميًا في التحريض الطائفي.
هذه الأفعال تشكّل تحريضًا علنيًا على ارتكاب جرائم ضد جماعات دينية بعينها، وتنتهك القوانين الدولية التي تجرّم خطاب الكراهية وتدعو لحماية المدنيين من العنف القائم على الهوية الدينية أو الطائفية.
Documented footage from Hama shows sectarian demonstrations involving chants explicitly calling for the slaughter of Druze and Alawite communities, alongside hate speech and incitement to violence. Notably, individuals affiliated with the Ministries of Defense and Interior were seen participating.
This constitutes public incitement to commit crimes against specific religious groups, in blatant violation of international laws prohibiting hate speech and protecting civilians from identity-based violence.
