تم توثيق تحرك أرتال عسكرية ضخمة تابعة لفصيل “بركان الفرات”، المنضوي ضمن وزارة الدفاع السورية، تضم عناصر من حمص وحماة، باتجاه مدينة جرمانا ذات الغالبية الدرزية.
رافق هذا التحرك استخدامٌ صريح للخطاب الطائفي، إذ تم تصوير أبناء الطائفة الدرزية كأهداف مباشرة، في تصعيد يهدد بوقوع جرائم عنف جماعي. يشكّل هذا التحشيد القائم على خطاب الكراهية انتهاكًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي الإنساني، وتحريضًا مباشرًا على ارتكاب جرائم قد ترقى إلى جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
Heavily armed convoys from the “Euphrates Volcano” faction—operating under the Syrian Ministry of Defense and composed of fighters from Homs and Hama—were documented advancing toward the majority-Druze city of Jaramana.
The mobilization was accompanied by explicit sectarian rhetoric portraying the Druze community as a direct target. This sectarian escalation constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law and a direct incitement to collective violence, potentially amounting to crimes against humanity.
