وثّقت مصادر ميدانية تنفيذ عناصر الأمن العام التابعة لسلطة الأمر الواقع مداهمات تعسفية استهدفت منازل مدنيين في مدينة نوى.
ترافقت عمليات الاقتحام مع انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان، شملت الإهانة اللفظية والاعتداء الجسدي على النساء، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ اعتقالات تعسفية بحق عدد من السكان.
يشكل هذا السلوك انتهاكًا للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، ويؤكد استمرار سياسة الترهيب الممنهج بحق المدنيين.

Field reports documented arbitrary home raids conducted by security forces affiliated with the de facto authority in Nawa.
The raids were marked by serious human rights violations, including verbal abuse, physical assaults against women, and the arbitrary arrest of several civilians.
Such practices constitute a grave breach of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and reflect a systematic policy of civilian intimidation.
