وثّق مقطع مصوّر قيام شخص يُدعى “عبدالله” بإلقاء خطاب طائفي مهين من داخل مقامات دينية شيعية، تضمن إساءات لفظية وسخرية من الشعائر والمعتقدات، في انتهاك صريح لحرية المعتقد واحترام الرموز الدينية.
يُشكّل هذا السلوك خطاب كراهية دينية، ويُعد خرقاً واضحاً للمادة 20 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، التي تُجرّم التحريض على الكراهية الدينية والتمييز الطائفي
⚠️ #Incident:
A video has surfaced showing an individual identified as “Abdullah” delivering a sectarian and offensive speech from within Shiite religious shrines. The footage includes derogatory remarks and mocking of Shiite rituals and beliefs, constituting a clear case of religious hate speech.
This act violates Article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which prohibits any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility, or violence.
