منذ متى أصبح "العضّ" من أساليب التعذيب؟

شاب مدني، من إحدى قرى ريف حمص، لا ينتمي لأي جهة عسكرية، ولا يحمل أي سجلّ أمني.
تمّ تعنيفه وضربه حتى شارف قلبه على التوقف، ثم تركوه مرميًا ومضوا.
وفيما لا تزال سياسة التهجير، والقتل، والخطف، والانتهاكات، والاعتقال التعسفي على خلفية طائفية مستمرة، لا تزال العدالة غائبة، والمجرمون دون محاسبة

A civilian young man from one of the villages in the countryside of Homs — with no military affiliation, and no criminal record.
He was violently assaulted, beaten until his heart nearly gave out, then left on the ground as they walked away.
