في جريمة تُضاف إلى سجل الانتهاكات الممنهجة بحق المدنيين، استُشهِد الشاب كاظم علي بدور (28 عامًا) مساء اليوم، عقب إصابته برصاصتين مباشرة؛ إحداهما اخترقت صدره وخرجت من ظهره، والثانية أصابت أعلى كتفه، وذلك أثناء جلوسه أمام محله.
هذه الجريمة تأتي في سياق حملة تصفيات طائفية تتكرر بصمت، وتشير بوضوح إلى انتهاك جسيم لاتفاقيات جنيف، وارتكاب لـ جرائم ضد الإنسانية بموجب المادة 7 من نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية.

In what constitutes a serious violation of international law, 28-year-old Kazem Ali Baddour was fatally shot this evening in Karm Al-Zeitoun. Two bullets struck him—one pierced his chest and exited through his back, the other hit just above his shoulder—while he sat in front of his shop.
This killing is not an isolated incident. It fits into a pattern of sectarian-based targeting, amounting to crimes against humanity under Article 7 of the Rome Statute and grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions.
