محمود إسماعيل — حلاق بسيط من وادي الذهب بحمص، يتعرض لإطلاق نار مباشر من قبل مسلح مجهول أمام محله، بعد مرور سيارة للأمن العام قامت بتمشيط المنطقة وتوقفت على بُعد 200 متر.
لاحقاً، تعود سيارة الأمن العام لمنع الأهالي من التصوير، دون أي تدخل ضد الفاعل.

Mahmoud Ismail — a humble barber from Wadi Al-Dahab, Homs — was directly shot at by an armed man in front of his shop, shortly after a General Security patrol scanned the area and parked 200 meters away.
Later, the same security forces returned — not to arrest the shooter — but to prevent locals from filming the scene
