في ظل تصاعد الاعتداءات على المسيحيين في سوريا، وجه القس “فادي عطالله” من الكنيسة السريانية الكاثوليكية نداءً للمجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الحقوقية للتحرك العاجل وتوفير حماية دولية للمسيحيين. كما أكد “عطالله” أن المسيحيين يتعرضون للإبادة التدريجية جراء السياسات الإقصائية التي تتبعها الإدارة السورية المؤقتة، والتي تسعى لإقصاء كافة المكونات الاجتماعية من خلال فرض حكم أحادي اللون.
Amid the rising tide of attacks on Christians in Syria, Father Fadi Attallah from the Syriac Catholic Church has issued a heartfelt plea to the international community and human rights organizations, urging them to take swift and decisive action to provide protection for Christians. "Attallah" highlighted that Christians are being subjected to a slow and steady genocide, a result of the exclusionary policies of the Syrian interim government, which aims to erase the diversity of the country’s social fabric by imposing a homogenous, one-color rule.
