اعتقال وضرب شخص مسن والتهمة جاهزة مسبقًا “شبيح”
تم اعتقال غسان الأطرش في جبل الزاوية بتهمة العمل لصالح الحكومة السورية السابقة. ورغم غياب الأدلة، تعرض للاعتقال والتعذيب الجسدي والإهانة، ولا يزال مصيره مجهولاً.
هذه الانتهاكات تُظهر غياب العدالة القضائية في سوريا، وتتطلب تدخلاً دولياً.
Arrest and Beating of Elderly Man on Predefined “Shabiha” Charge
Ghassan Al-Atrash was arrested in Jabal Al-Zawiya on accusations of collaborating with the former Syrian government. Despite the lack of evidence, he was subjected to physical assault, detention, and humiliation, and his current whereabouts remain unknown.
